IHSG Nyungsep

Hari ini IHSG nyungsep 3,57%. IHSG berada di 2.058. Ini terburuk sejak Agustus tahun lalu. Jatuhnya minyak ke harga $ 113 disertai penguatan dolar membuat berbagai saham komoditas hancur. Sektor pertanian anjlok 6,42% dan mining jebol 4,8%. Berbagai sektor lain ikut terseret dan membuat semua indeks sektoral merah membara.

Gold, platinum and silver plunged to their lowest in more than seven months, leading commodities into a bear market, on concern a spreading global economic slowdown will reduce demand for raw materials. The dollar hit a six-month high against a basket of major currencies on Tuesday, benefiting from weakness in commodities, as investors looked beyond U.S. growth worries to a slowing global economy.
